While we try our best to accommodate requests, due to the nature of being mobile, sometimes we are unable to meet the time requested due to travel times and will need to adjust the time with you. So please be aware of this when requesting an appointment. *Once an appointment is approved and confirmed with you, there is a $99.00 day of cancellation fee.*

Our Houston House Call Exam (including travel fee) starts at $150. We are happy to provide estimates for all services needed!

Starting May 1, 2024 we will be offering Exotic & Pocket Pet House Call Appointments! 

Due to increased last-minute cancellations, we require a $99 deposit on all Houston Appointments. The deposit will go towards services rendered at your appointment and must be paid prior to our arrival to keep your appointment. To pay your deposit, we will send you a secure form via email or text. Our team will still coordinate travel and your appointment timing with you to ensure we have ample time to take the best care of you and your pet! Thank You!

We save daily time blocks for sick pets that need appointments in a timely fashion. Sick pet appointments are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis, with priority given to established clients and based on the severity of the situation. Thank you for understanding!
