I was so impressed with Dr Lambo and her assistant and student observer. They did not try to sell me every procedure they had to offer. They gave me options and why and did not make me feel like I wasn’t doing the right thing for my dog if I didn’t get them all. Fees were comparable to going into an office. Online appointment scheduling. They have their own pharmacy on the van and could run any standard test. They were also able to see my home and assess if there was anything dangerous or difficult for my aging dog. They have a pickup process for refills or you can pay a reasonable amount for delivery. I was so impressed with their care and attentiveness to both of us.”
