To ensure we are there when our current patients need us most:

We reserve a few time slots each day for our current clients sick pets’ needs (these appointments are not available for online booking so please contact us directly. Crystal, our licensed veterinary technician, will help you determine if your pet is in critical condition and will require immediate emergency care or if we can see you later in the day during a reserved time slot). If we are unable to get to you in a timely fashion or we feel that by waiting for our arrival we would be putting your pet’s health at risk, we will refer you to Texas A&M Veterinary Hospital – Emergency Department: 979-845-2351

After Hours and Weekends:

We are a small business: We love being able to walk into your home and each of our staff know you and your pets by name. We love that you can call our staff by their first names and you know: your not just another client and your pet isn’t just another cat or dog to us.

We try our best to be as available as possible for our clients so we can give advice or help triage your pets on weekends and after hours. We have a dedicated service that offers 24 hours advice after hours, Please contact us and press 1 to speak with a veterinary professional.

However, to maintain our culture and our mission, we have chosen to keep our team small. Therefore, if you are unable to reach us on the weekends or after hours, please know we are spending much needed quality time with our families.
