Bryan, Texas Dogs and Cats Can Use Our Mobile Vet Service

By June 3, 2021September 4th, 2024No Comments

Bryan, Texas is one of our favorite cities. It’s an affluent city near College Station and it is home to the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History. Chasing Tails provides a mobile vet service for Bryan TexasThe population of Bryan is expanding! In 2010 it was around 76,000, and after the census in 2022, the city’s population was estimated at more than 87,000.  Of course, if you include College Station, this metropolitan area is much larger…more than a quarter of a million people.

All those people! And very many of them keep pets, too. This is why, at Chasing Tails, we provide a mobile vet service to Bryan pet owners and why we are now Bryan top-rated veterinarians.

Our mobile vet service brings everything that you need right to your door, so whether your pet requires an annual vaccination, x-rays, teeth cleaning, surgery, or anything else, we can provide it in the comfort of your own home.

Going To The Vet Can Be Traumatic

This is just great, not only for you because you don’t have to travel to the surgery, but for your pets too. Going to the vet can be traumatic for many pets because they don’t understand why, when they are young, they are being taken to this strange building where there are all sorts of other animals. It can be quite scary for them. They don’t know what is going to happen to them and they don’t know what to expect.

Of course, as they get older, it can be scary for them precisely because they do know what to expect! For dogs and cats in particular, it is on a par with our regular trips to the dentist. We know what to expect, and we don’t enjoy it very much. In fact, it is probably fair to say that we don’t enjoy it at all.

As Bryan top-rated veterinarians, we find that many of our patients actually enjoy seeing us when we arrive at the door. Dogs jump up and bark at us, wagging their tails. Cats don’t do that, of course, but we do get them purring and rubbing themselves up against our legs, and that’s the way we like it. Everything is on a very friendly basis, and the pets don’t get scared at all.

Another very big advantage of our mobile vet service for the College Station metro is that if you have a pet such as a boa constrictor, or perhaps a llama in a field, for example, it can be a big hassle getting it into the car and taking it to the surgery! With us, as College Station top-rated veterinarians, there is none of that to worry about.
